We used to like living here, but in the last six months, a lot of things have changed. It doesn’t seem like the outside is cleaned up much but we pay for that. We have neighbors that scream all night and day. Most people don’t clean up after their animals. It just doesn’t seem to be taken care of like it used to be.

It’s okay so far thin walls great maintenance team and the office team as well overall it’s okay but the parking fee sucks otherwise it gets towed and kids running down the hallways and making a mess ! I like living in the first floor that’s a plus for me

This is my first apartment since moving out of my parent’s home. 10/10. Maintenance is always on top of everything. If I submit a request it gets done the day of, or the next day. They have people vacuum and mop the hallways every single weekend. They pick up the dog poop. There are so many little places to walk your dog and play around with kids. Parking is good. Thank you guys for caring about us!

I'm not very happy about the change in utility billing. I have never lived in any apartment complex that charges for water and trash. I've never heard of being charged for common area electric either. They can be really strict about things but I guess that's necessary sometimes. Overall still a nice place to live.
