I have not moved in yet so I can not give 5 stars yet. But so far I have had a great experience with management and taking over a lease. The property looks well taken care of too.

Love the location, rapid response to any maintenance concerns and the quite apartment, even though it’s a large complex. Parking is OK but given the amount of people, it’s well managed.

Friendly staff! Excellent maintenence! Quiet ?? apartments ( Dbldg) I appreciate the coffee and soft drinks. The gym is always kept nice and clean.

The apartments are fine, the outside needs some work. The reaidents that live here need to take more pride in their living situation. Rent for new tenants is astronomically high for what these apartments actually are.
