Best place in watford, clean and get things fixed whenever needed. The office ladies are always so helpful and nice. I'd highly recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere in the area.

Nice and quiet place to live. Maintenance stays on top of things and the front office women are very helpful if we need anything! The apartments are very clean and spacious.

We have lived here since October and so far we've had a pretty good experience. The maintenance crew is very prompt and friendly. We have no complaints

It’s too expensive here and there’s dog poop everywhere and it’s disgusting ! Thin walls and excessive noise ! My neighbors have dogs barking all day long and all night it’s awful ! I don’t recommend living here
