Beautiful community, quality neighbors and great management. The apartment is nicely updated, clean and feels very safe and secure. Maintenance handles service work quickly and correctly the first time. Office staff is attentive to all your needs and follows up. I would be happy to recommend South Ridge!

South ridge is fine. A bit expensive but fine. There is nothing that blows my socks off good or bad. Walls are a little thin but I don’t notice very often but the maintenance team is good and the apartments are nice.

This is definitely not a luxury apartment. It is a cheaply built, oil field apartment. We hear everything our upstairs neighbors do. Every footstep, every door close, everythng. We hear everything they do in the restrooms, and when I say everything that is what I mean. We can not sleep at night until they do because their footsteps echo like a drum through the floor. We get up with them in the mornings because it is impossible to sleep through the echoing footsteps. We listen to them stomping... around all day. We do not have a quality of life. When we looked at the apartment we asked about the noise and we were told "Oh, its not bad. You might hear people dropping things or stuff like that." Our next door neighbors slam their door constantly, so hard that the walls rattle and pictures have fallen off. We live above the underground parking and we hear the door open and close all day and night. I would not suggest this apartment if you want to sleep on your own schedule or have any quality of life.
