The ladies in the office and the maintenance crew are pleasant to work with. The underground parking is fabulous! The apartments are cute & cozy inside, though definitely not luxury. The common areas are in need of cleaning & repair.

Beautiful community, quality neighbors and great management. The apartment is nicely updated, clean and feels very safe and secure. Maintenance handles service work quickly and correctly the first time. Office staff is attentive to all your needs and follows up. I would be happy to recommend South Ridge!
