South ridge is fine. A bit expensive but fine. There is nothing that blows my socks off good or bad. Walls are a little thin but I don’t notice very often but the maintenance team is good and the apartments are nice.

This is definitely not a luxury apartment. It is a cheaply built, oil field apartment. We hear everything our upstairs neighbors do. Every footstep, every door close, everythng. We hear everything they do in the restrooms, and when I say everything that is what I mean. We can not sleep at night until they do because their footsteps echo like a drum through the floor. We get up with them in the mornings because it is impossible to sleep through the echoing footsteps. We listen to them stomping... around all day. We do not have a quality of life. When we looked at the apartment we asked about the noise and we were told "Oh, its not bad. You might hear people dropping things or stuff like that." Our next door neighbors slam their door constantly, so hard that the walls rattle and pictures have fallen off. We live above the underground parking and we hear the door open and close all day and night. I would not suggest this apartment if you want to sleep on your own schedule or have any quality of life. This is the loudest apartment I have ever lived in.

I love living at South Ridge. The Staff does a wonderful job with planning events for the community. The complex is clean and well lit making night feels safe. Maintenance staff is timely and considerate. The apartments are roomy and pet friendly.

The property is great friendly community. The staff here at South Ridge are wonderful, vey respectful people and also great communication. They Resolved any issue in a timely manner and go over and beyond if need to.
