Fontainebleau Apartments

The show room looks nothing like the apartment we were given. It’s absolutely falling apart and has been painted over many times. Things constantly break. The first week we moved in bugs kept dying on the windowsill. Now they make it inside the place before dying. There are dead bugs and live roaches everywhere.

The walls are so thing so good luck getting sleep at night. There’s cigarette butts all over the complex. Theres no light around the parking lot, (good luck getting parking off the... street) There’s no lock on the doors so anyone can enter the complex. The area has a lot of petty crime too. Overall it’s not safe and it’s very unclean.

Trash cans are always full it seems. The deposit is $700 which is the highest I’ve ever seen a deposit even on better apartments. They didn’t even open the pool this year due to “expensive repairs.” You’re better off taking your laundry to a laundry mat because their washers aren’t even full size. Lived at this complex for a year and experienced nothing but issues from apartment staff and corporate office. I filed complaints of discrimination and no accountability was taken and felt retaliated against when my lease renewal was denied.

Wish there was a 0 star. Maintenance is a joke, management would be a joke if they were even here, every building reeks of weed, our car got broken into and stolen, "laundry room" is 1 or 2 pairs of washer/dryer for a whole packed building, dogs off leashes everyday and dog poop, dirty baby diapers and trash is always on sidewalks and yards, pool never opens because it's always shut down by health department before it even could be, the "pest control" they make u pay for monthly is a joke, dirty... moldy broken apartments and faulty plumbing, half the time no hot water, unusable windows that let cold winter air in, loud dirty weed smoking neighbors that don't watch their kids or animals. Every once in a while you will think "Man I wish I listened to that review". This is that review. Terrible service and they try shady crap all the time to milk extra money out of you.

I grew up here as a kid and now i'm raising my own family here!!!
