Disappointed

Loved when we first moved in, then quality went down hill. Landscaping WAS nice. You can hear everything from neighbors above. No one answers emails. Price goes up, quality goes down.

Pretentious and False Name

No amenities that would equate to a mansion. Plastic shower heads, chunks of dry wall putty can be felt through the carpeting, tack strips for carpeting can be felt when you step on them. Breaker trips, we were told a tv, cable box and lamp were too many things to have plugged in. Pool promised May 27. Has been filled for over two weeks, still not availability for use even though I’m paying the same rent I would be paying if it was in use. No keypads for garage doors, no recycling provided,… no dog park as promised. Just a large mud pit that holds standing water. Mosquitoes are plentiful if you like them. If I could I would give it zero stars

We apologize for the inconvenience with the pool and the mud. Please understand we are an active construction site. We have projected dates based on our construction schedule, but a lot of factors go into if we can meet those goal dates. Weather… plays a huge factor if we can keep construction on time. This spring construction was effected a lot by rain and flooding in the area. Once construction is complete it has to pass city inspection before we can occupy or begin to use the new area of the property. These are two reasons for the delay in the pool opening. The pool did open the week of July 8th and we hope you have had the opportunity to enjoy it over the last couple of weeks. Recycling is not required but is available for residents that opt for it. We do plan to have a dog park on the property for furry residents however, they are typically installed once construction is complete. If you have any additional concerns you would like to share with us, please contact the regional manager.

We try to be transparent with our new residents and hope that they understand with new construction and ongoing construction that we are at the mercy of construction issues that arise and… weather that slows progress. All of this can be seen during tours for our prospective applicants. We are excited for the finished project and we ask for your continued patience during construction.
