health hazard
I’m writing this review to warn prospective renters about dangerous conditions that management is not adequately addressing.
My unit has extensive mold growth affecting the insulation and multiple belongings. I’ve also had carpet beetles/bugs. Since living here, I’ve developed severe health problems including:
· Hair loss
· Respiratory issues and bad breath
· Rapid heart rate/heart palpitations
· Other concerning symptoms
I reported these issues to management and while they’re aware, their... response has been minimal and insufficient given the severity. The mold problem appears to stem from the building’s insulation, which suggests this could be affecting multiple units, not just mine.
Mold exposure is a serious health risk, especially when it’s this extensive. Combined with pest problems, this creates an unlivable environment.
If you’re considering renting here, I strongly urge you to:
1. Ask specific questions about any history of mold, water damage, or pest issues
2. Inspect units thoroughly before signing
3. Understand that if issues arise, resolution may be slow
I wish I had known about this before moving in. Please take this warning seriously - your health is not worth the risk.

We'd like you to know that we've received your previous reviews as well. Regarding these... concerns of excessive moisture in your home, it's important we clarify that you're referring to condensation on a window when exterior temperatures are cold. We've been in communication with you and explained that since you prefer to keep your home at a high temperature and run the heat in the mid to high 70s, condensation may occur on your windows. Since we're fully committed to handling resident concerns with care and ensuring our valued residents have peace of mind, we've sent out many individuals to inspect your home, including the window manufacturer, a general contractor, a window repair vendor, and our Regional Facilities Manager. They have all confirmed that there are increased levels of humidity in your home due to this. We purchased and placed a dehumidifier in your home to accommodate this, but it has not been utilized consistently by you as it should be. We've also sent a professional cleaner to your home at your request. Our Community Manager has been in consistent communication with you throughout your residency regarding these concerns, and we've always remained committed to providing helpful and professional service.
