A very safe clean and comfortable environment maintenance always on the job and on fixing things on a timely basis up to fire code and very modern playground out back for the younger children a hike and bike trail runs behind the apartment complex close to shopping and restaurants playground outback for the younger children hiking bike trail runs behind the apartment complex close to shopping and restaurants doctors in hospitals.

Not what I expected!!!!!

Apartments are clean, same day maintenance repairs, usually. Once a month pest control. Most of the office staff is friendly and will work with you as needed. We need a pool though, and laundry room needs more attention. Neighbors are quiet and most keep to themselves.
