Hipark has been a great home. Staff and maintenance has always been kind, professional, and responsive. The property is always kept clean and you never have issues with neighbors.

I've lived here for nearly seven years and will continue to do so as long as I am renting. The villas are a good size and the location is great for anyone wanting to be near downtown but also have lots of green space.

We have absolutely loved living at HiPark Apartments and recently renewed our lease for another term! The entire experience has been wonderful from the day we moved in.

One of the biggest highlights is the incredible location. Everything we need is conveniently nearby, making our day-to-day life so much easier. The community itself is well-maintained, welcoming, and feels like home.

The amenities are another major reason we chose to renew. The fitness center, community spaces, and overall... property features are clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the property and creating a great experience for residents.

The management team has always been friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. It’s reassuring to know that resident satisfaction is a priority.

A great place to call "home". The staff is very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The fitness center is amazing and the outdoor pool area is so beautiful and peaceful. I love living in such a nice location with beautiful views of the golf course, great restaurants to choose from and parks near by.

From the outside these look like nice modern apartments.......... and then you move in. First off the walls and ceilings are so thin with zero sound barriers that you can hear everything your neighbors are doing and i do mean absolutely everything. If you end up living in the pet building be prepared to listen to unruly dogs 24/7. Even when you bring it up to the manager nothing changes. The windows and sliding glass doors are so cheap that when the wind blows(which in Nebraska is 300 days a... year) they flex 1/4 to 1/2 inch which makes the apartment expensive to heat and cool plus theres always a layer of dust no matter how often you clean. theres a gap around all the apartment doors so if you open the patio door theres a constant howling. Never ending construction adds to the noise and grime. There are far better apartments for a better price literally anywhere around these poorly built crap holes. The best kicker was are we spotlessly cleaned the apartment and had the ok from the manager we still got charged $130 "cleaning" fee. Unless you absolutely don't care where you live, I would suggest finding something better. Read More
