AWESOME!!

I've been living here for 4 months now and speaking for the units themselves, they are FANTASTIC!!! Office team has been incredible, too. Looking forward to when it's all completed. My dog and I love it here!!!

Stay far Away

I was slotted to move to this property and less than a week before my move in date they called to let me know that the stoves in the building had been recalled and the apartment would not be available for my move in date. They offered to move my lease date to almost a month later. I was willing to work out something but to this point I am unable to get anyone on the phone who will explain to me what is going on. Without consulting me at all they refunded my deposit and now will not return any... calls. My current lease is up and I have movers scheduled already. So now with less than a weeks notice I am left scrambling trying to find a place to live. I totally understand that sometimes things happen especially with new construction but the way that this property is handling this situation is so beyond unprofessional it’s almost comical. I would be incredibly weary of leasing from this property.
