It’s really reasonable and the staff her are really friendly and helpful. The people who rent here seem to be really friendly and welcoming as while! If you like Husker football then the stadium is about a 10 minute walk away! I love that the Stadium Walk Appointment’s is so close to Lincoln downtown area!

The text line isn’t the best to use to reach management. Apartment could’ve been cleaner at move in. Hate how loud the AC is when it kicks on. But It’s a Nice and quite community & the apartment itself is nice

Since the beginning of looking for an apartment at Stadium Walk, the staff have been so kind and helped us figure out exactly what it is we want and need. Between my roommates and I, we value the communication the staff has provided

This place sucks in the summer times they never mow the grass also when we moved in there was bugs everywhere and the place was terrible the maintenance sucks they come fix it right away but I don’t think they know how to do there job because it just brakes again the next day also the apartments it’s terrible because bugs just keep coming inside no matter how much you spray and there is no ventilation in the bathrooms so mold grows on the walls I know it is cheap but definitely not worth it at... alll!!!!!
