We take pride in the changes we are making and expertly maintain them with our on-site team.
Our buildings feature newly renovated apartments including a fully equipped upgraded kitchen with all new appliances, granite countertops, loft inspired finishes, and artisan stained concrete floors. Apartments are equipped with individual heat and air conditioning, balconies or patios and of course designer accents and colors!
We are one of the only pet friendly student housing communities in the area! Stadium Walk accepts pets less than 40 lbs, maximum two per apartment for $30/month.

It's okay to wish that roommate matching was better or that laundry was free. Would be nice if parking didn't cost so much as well lile 50 dollars is understandable but anything more then that is wild considering there are dozens of people who park without a pass at all

I’ve had a great time living here! There’s always parking open and amenities are fair. Maintenance gets to things very quickly and they are very friendly. Everyone who works in the office is lovely. Can’t beat the price.
