Lovely space with helpful staff

I needed an apartment in Lincoln on short notice and the leasing staff at the Donovan were super helpful showing me my options and working through the apartment application and lease process. Highly recommend looking for a place to live at The Donovan!

Newly renovated, great place

I have lived here for more than 8 years and I love it! I moved from my previous apartment (which was already great if a little dated) into a newly remodeled one that is really nice. Friendly, professional and responsive staff and maintenance. The only detractor is the propensity to raise rents a lot and no leases beyond 12 months.

Love this place!

I love these apartments because of the new and modern finishes. The pool and all the perks of being here are amazing. The staff here is so wonderful and helpful, Alecia has always been a grand part of my good experience here! The location of these apartments is so close to southpointe mall which is my favorite!

Horrible and expensive

They have jacked up rent here horribly and repairs are awful. Renovations in the halls are an ugly yellow and grey and the place is always dirty. Pool was down the entire summer. As in months …for a “broken gate latch” then pump repair. Don’t count on consistent access to facilities or timely or quality repairs. Way overpriced for the quality and services. Completely screw over tenants at every chance.
