I would give this place zero stars if I could. Living here has been one of the worst renting experiences I’ve ever had.

The property has what I believe to be a serious black mold problem, ongoing pest issues, and apartments that are filthy and poorly maintained. Instead of addressing these problems, management seems more interested in cutting corners.

Safety is another major concern. There was an incident where a homeless individual reportedly followed someone into a building and assaulted… them, yet residents were never informed. Whether or not management is legally required to notify tenants, it’s incredibly concerning that something like this could happen without any communication to the people who live here. To make matters worse, the property removed the exterior locks from the buildings, making me feel even less secure.

The amenities advertised are practically a joke. The pool is constantly closed or out of service, and the shuttle is broken down so often that you can’t rely on it. You’re paying for amenities that are frequently unavailable.

The office staff, with the exception of Gabby, have consistently come across as rude, dismissive, and uninterested in helping residents. Gabby is the only person who has treated me with respect and genuinely tried to assist.

Overall, this complex feels neglected, poorly managed, and more focused on appearances than actually providing a safe and livable community. Between the maintenance issues, safety concerns, unreliable amenities, and unprofessional staff, I cannot recommend living here. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere Read More
