I needed a place quick and had to settle. Price was good. My apartment reeked of dog urine the entire time. I didn't have a dog.

Horrible Management

Got a new property manager about 10 months ago. I can't believe how fast the place has gone downhill! The manager is rude, mean and lazy!!

The property looks nice, but when I called to ask about any available units, they picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me.

Dont waste your money or time!

After two weeks of waiting for my application to just be processed, I was told that not only was there another tenant who MIGHT want the apartment but that they couldn't give me a solid move-in date. My intended move-in date was 3 weeks from that phone call and I had waited two weeks already so according to them, it MIGHT not be ready after 5 weeks. This is incredibly stressful especially since I had ben searching for apartments more than a month prior to my move out date and asked about… availability before I applied and was assured it would be. Please don't waste your money or time with this company.
