Access to amenities such as the elevator, fitness center, sauna, or seasonal pool may be unavailable due to cleaning, maintenance, or other unexpected factors, and refunds will not be issued for their unavailability. The building itself is not managed by us, so anything outside of the unit is not maintained by us. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Early check-in or late check-out without permission will incur a $25 fee.
