I've been living at Centerline for 3 months now and love it! The staff is so helpful and kind. The amenities are great and the community is super dog friendly.

Loved my 2 years so far!

These apartments are very cozy and a great location. There is so much to do in aksarben and there is easy access to the interstate. The maintenance is always fast and quick if you need anything quick. The size of the apartment is also great and perfect to host gatherings. I had a corner unit and really enjoyed all of the sunlight. Perfect for the plants :)

A genuinely great place to live!

I have really enjoyed living at Centerline Apartments in Omaha. The location is super convenient—close to Aksarben Village, Keystone trail, and the interstate. The apartment has modern finishes, lots of space, and great features like keyless entry and in-unit laundry. The amenities are a big plus too, especially the pool, gym, and dog park. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the community has a welcoming vibe. Highly recommend if you're looking for a comfortable and safe place to live.

Dog friendly and quick maintenance!

We moved in from across the country under a big time crunch and the leasing office worked very diligently with us to ensure that everything was taken care of! Any maintenance issues that have come up have been resolved very quickly, sometimes even the same day. The complex is very dog friendly, but the property is still very clean and taken care of. We hope to renew our lease when the time comes!

A great place to call home

I’ve lived at Centerline for over three years. The management team is always friendly, communicative and helpful. It’s a quiet community that’s pet friendly, clean and has nice amenities. It’s also close to Aksarben!
