Don't do it

If you are thinking of moving into these apartments, do yourself a favor and don't. These apartments are not kept up at all. There is mold water leaks everywhere, finally when they decide to come out to fix it they just bandaid the problem. They don't ever even try to fix the mold problem. Not to mention the basement apartments flood when it storms including the laundry rooms. The walls seep from moisture from all the pipes that leak the list goes on and on. There is not secured secured entry… there was a homeless man sleeping in the laundry room. Cars are stolen and vandalized constantly and they won't fix the street lights in the parking lots. These apartments are a joke it is a terrible place to live.

Great place

Maintenance is nothing but kind and gets our work orders done super fast!! Kenneth works super quick!!! Allison and Allison (I think they're both Allison's) are really fast with quick responses.

Place looks great!

Toured this place a few weeks ago and it looks great! Only downside is the price, it is a bit high for the area. Love that they have a dog park for my pup, not a lot of places have those. The pool is beautiful as well.

Adore this place!

I can't tell anyone enough how much I love living here! Management is great, maintenance is super quick and my apartment is HUGE! Love that they have a park for my pup and love the grill area! Pool is massive and love spending my summer days there!!
