Orpheum Tower

I’ve lived in this building for 5 years, and it just keeps getting better! Graham, the property manager, is fantastic, maintenance is quick & reliable, and despite the on-going construction, living downtown is really cool! There have been countless improvements made to the property — the lobby completely revamped, the hallways have been repainted, and more.

Love the location of the apartment complex and management is great! They’re very efficient and super friendly. Plus they’re constantly finding new ways to improve the amenities. Hallways and building are well maintained- no complaints!

One thing we truly appreciate is how child and pet friendly the environment is. It’s given us peace of mind knowing our little one and our furry friend can thrive here. Plus, the location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the park, great restaurants, and other everyday conveniences.

Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which makes a big difference. Any time we’ve needed something, the response has been prompt and efficient.

The neighbors are also nice and friendly. A huge bonus is our property manager Mr. Graham, he is kind, approachable, and genuinely helpful. It's rare to find someone who truly cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels at home.

Resident since 2020. Graham leasing officer and Chris maintenance supervisor, keep this place running in tip top shape. I love the high ceilings, natural light, laundry on each floor, quiet community and spacious floor plans. Also as a retired active older adult, I feel safe and secure. Very important features for me.
