Great place to live and amazing location. In the heart of downtown and the building is clean and well kept and the staff truly cares about the residents! I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family!

Orpheum Tower is the best apartment building I've lived in! My partner and I have lived here for a little over three years, and we love it. We recently moved into a new unit within the building, and our property manager, Graham, made the process so seamless and easy! The maintenance team is always on top of things -- requests are always resolved in the most efficient manner and if they aren't able to fix it same-day, they make sure to communicate all updates with us. You can really tell that the... management team puts a lot of care into this building and its residents. Five stars!

I have been living here for almost 2 years and nothing beats the location! Graham is one of the best managers we’ve had in this building and everything gets handled swiftly and quickly. Great communication and great maintenance team!

Management & Maintenance
I have been here for almost 4 years and seen 3 different building managers. It is at its best standing right now! Subtle changes that make the common areas appealing, the building now feels like a community, and the amenities are well taken care of! The location is a prime spot. The views from the building alone were a major selling point. Beautiful least to say. Managment is very receptive and easy to work with and maintenance is always on top of what ever task is at... hand. Overall great living space!
