Well-Run Community in a Convenient Location

Park Place is a well-maintained apartment community in a nice, conveniently located area. It’s easy to get around town, and the property itself is clean and comfortable.

The staff is what really stands out. Shelby, the property manager, is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Communication is clear, and any questions or concerns are handled quickly. Ed in maintenance is reliable, friendly, and efficient—repairs are done right and in a timely manner, which makes a… big difference.

Overall, Park Place feels well-managed and resident-focused. The combination of a great location and an attentive management and maintenance team makes this a solid place to live. Highly recommend.

Park Place

It's a decent place to live but not worth all the rent increases. Buildings flood when it rains, the pool is shaded over by a huge tree in the late afternoon. It is a good location, near interstate and a safe neighborhood. The apartments are good sized with lots of closet storage. Minimal to no bugs. Management staff onsite is helpful but I don't care for their corporate company. The maintenance man is very nice, quick, and helpful. Landscaping workers are onsite constantly, and are quite… noisy early in the morning. The parking lots are very narrow, and the dumpsters are far from the buildings.

Beautiful property, pleasant staff

I finally retired and decided to move back home, home is Omaha. With vast experience living and owning rental properties, I have never come across a compassionate person like the office manager. The moment I got on the phone with her, we talked for over an hour. She was interested in knowing my needs and how she can help and not just trying to sell me an apartment, it was like talking to an old classmate. I rented without seeing the apartment and when I moved in, it was all I expected it to be… and more. With a handwritten note that said she was happy to have me join their community. She was off the day I moved in but I couldn't wait to finally meet this lovely person I have been speaking to on the phone. A week or so after I moved, she called and asked me how I was doing and wanted to know if I have any questions and if they is anything else she could do for me. WOW!
