I have lived here almost 15 years and don't plan on leaving. For starters, there is a lot of square footage here. For your dollar, it's a lot of space!! When you enter the buildings, the entryways, hallways, and stairwells are very well kept. Another reason this complex is perfect is the location. It is only blocks from two main streets. Also, it is quite close to the interstate, which I need for work.

There are three buildings in this complex, with three floors in each bldg. All the... buildings have secured entrances. The 3rd-floor units have fireplaces and cathedral ceilings. The 2nd and 3rd-floor apartments here have balconies, a feature I really like! And, if you like, there's a courtyard here, that overlooks the pool. The pool has lounge chairs as well as a couple tables with umbrellas. I have taken the nephews there, and they have loved it! This summer, we even got some "feathered" residents, two geese, that also enjoy our courtyard!

If you choose, you may also get a garage, which comes with a remote and a unique key for the garage door. You have your choice of an attached or detached garage. I have really liked having my garage!!

There's a nice clubhouse here, that renters can reserve for FREE. That's something that is hard to find! It is used for gatherings of all kinds, from a weekly card-playing group to bigger occasions, like graduation parties. In fact, I recently used the clubhouse, to host a bridal shower! The guests really liked the place!

The management team here is really accommodating, if you have problems. And, the maintenance crew is available 24/7. The head maintenance guy takes calls any time, and is always gracious. That's not something you find everywhere. In fact, may years ago, I requested flourescent lighting for my kitchen. The maintenance team was happy to install it for me, and it has been great!

Speaking of maintenance, they are really quick to clear the driveways and parking lot when we get snow! I have seen this play out many times, during my time here. This is really appreciated, especially when I have to get to work in the morning.

There are also social "mixers" for the residents. For example, there is a weekly coffee-and-conversation group. And, there's a wine-and-cheese night, held on a Friday night, every month or so. Read More
