Stood up on a scheduled tour

I was really excited to tour these apartments and potentially live here but it’s already been a headache. I came 15 minutes early to my scheduled tour and was told they were 5-10 minutes away and they never showed up. I ended up waiting 45 minutes until I eventually left, just to be told the tour was canceled. I attempted to call them just to for them to decline my call. If this is how you treat potential tenants, I would not like to be one!

It's an affordable place to live and only a few minutes from downtown. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is due to limited parking.
