By far the worst apartments I have lived in (price for quality).
If you have a dog do NOT expect to use the dog park. I have attached a photo of the condition of the dog park and it has been like that for 8 months. Despite having a literal pet trash bag/trash provided in there. The management purposely ignores any request to clean the pet waste that is overwhelming and opts to send a community message that maintenance does not clean up after - so what do they expect the other rule abiding users... to just live with it, worse part is they are aware of it and do nothing. There is a camera at the pet park and no effort to try to enforce LEASE terms of picking up after your dog and reprimanding those that leave there waste there. By the way I highly advise you not take your dog there as nearly every square in is filled with waste (which is a HUGE health issue). And the amount of money one pays for rent here to not be able use the amenity because it’s absolutely riddled with waste is unsafe for pets and a huge red flag.

That goes into my second point- this complex does NOT have a cleaning staff. So expect random contracted cleaning services to only clean the lobby/gym area. The stairwell carpets and apartment HALLWAY floors have filth, dust, human and dog hair, etc on them from MONTHS ago. Please vacuum the carpets at least more than the amount of months that go by..

Which leads me to this point- this apartment is filled with disgusting and inconsiderate residents. as those who purposely and deliberately don’t pick up after their dogs even tho there is a pet station and no maintenance/cleaning staff do help with that issue. Trash chutes are disgusting when there’s a literal trash chute right there. Additionally the surrounding outside area is scattered with pet waste even tho there is a pickup/trash station to throw away.

Next, upper walls are excruciatingly thin. Be prepared to be very annoyed if you are stuck with noisy neighbors above. It is the worst insulated apartment thus far. So much, you will be able to hear the above floors conversations (and other activities….)

Overall I highly recommend saving some money and not choosing this complex because it will not be your moneys worth.

Advise those to tour and when touring look at those aspects to factor and compare. You would think cleanliness would be the basic standard of an apartment complex charging quite a decent amount, here it is near/at bottom of list. Read More

Do not rent from this rental property. They are a mega corp buying property and exploiting renters. They show no loyalty to employees or tenants. They are the peak of deception and only care about the bottom line. They will take advantage of you in any way they can.
