Strict quiet hours are observed after 10 PM, with a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disruptive behavior. Violators may be fined and/or removed without refund. No smoking or open flames are allowed inside the home. Skis, boards, and boots should be stored in the closets in the breezeway/garage entrance. No parties, special events, or guests not on the original reservation are allowed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. Leave exterior doors and windows closed at all times to prevent bugs and conserve heat. Please be mindful of conserving energy and never set the temperature below 60°F to prevent frozen pipes. One pet is allowed for a $75 pet fee; unauthorized or additional pets are subject to a $150 pet fee (2 pets max). Outdoor quiet hours are after 10 PM to respect neighbors and the town noise ordinance; any fines or violations issued by the city must be paid by guests. Use the on-site dumpster for trash disposal; excess trash removal will incur a $75 fee. Any violation of house rules will be subject to immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund. Extra guest fees apply for additional guests not on the original reservation. Smoking inside the apartment incurs a $250 fee. Damaged and missing items will be charged the original cost plus a 30% replacement management fee. Unauthorized parties or special events with more than 15 guests will incur a $1000 fee.
