The master suite boasts a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The in-law guest house offers two queen bedrooms, a living room with a gas fireplace, a full kitchen, and a laundry room. An attic loft provides additional sleeping space.
Horse lovers can inquire about the horse barn with two stalls, water, electricity, and trailer parking for an additional rental fee. Service animals are welcome with advance approval and a $75 pet fee. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee of $150 each. Extra cleaning service mid-stay is available for $300, and extra snow plowing service for $75.

Stricter quiet hours are observed after 10 PM to preserve peace and respect the neighborhood. This home has zero tolerance for parties or loud disturbances, and violations may lead to fines, eviction, and no refund. Smoking or open flames are prohibited inside the home. Please remove shoes upon entering and store ski or boarding equipment in the closets in the breezeway/garage entrance. No parties, special events, or guests not on the original reservation are allowed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. Leave exterior doors and windows closed to prevent bugs and conserve heat. Pets are allowed for a $75 pet fee each, with a maximum of 4 pets. Any unauthorized or additional pets are subject to a $150 pet fee. Outdoor quiet hours are after 10 PM. Please use the on-site dumpster for trash disposal; excess trash removal will incur a $75 fee. Any violation of house rules will be subject to immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund. An extra guest fee of $30 per person will be applied after 16 guests. A no-smoking violation will incur a $250 fee. Damaged and missing items will be charged the original cost plus a 30% replacement management fee.
