This home offers a fireplaced living room and a large fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar. Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry, a gazebo, deck, river deck, firepit, picnic tables and a BBQ grill. The third bedroom has its own private entrance via the back door and stairs, separate from the other two bedrooms. When the weather is warm, open the windows and slider doors to let in the cool river breeze.
A horse barn with two stalls, water, electricity, and parking for your trailer is available for an additional rental fee. Early check-in and late check-out are available for $100 each. Extra cleaning service mid-stay is available for $100, and extra snow plowing service is $60.
Centrally located, this home is only 10-15 minutes from Franconia Notch, Bretton Woods, The Cog Railway, Mount Washington, and Crawford Notch, and 20 minutes to Lincoln. It’s a 7-minute drive to Bretton Woods Ski Resort and 13 minutes to Cannon Mountain. The quaint town of Bethlehem is 10 minutes away, and the town of Littleton, with all amenities, is 25 minutes away. Concord Coach Lines has a stop 20 minutes from the house with daily direct bus access to Boston. A popular deli and market called Yaya's is 5 minutes away.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced after 10 PM. This retreat is meant for relaxing and respecting the surroundings, and there is zero tolerance for loud parties or disturbances. Guests violating this may be asked to leave by local authorities with no refund. Service animals are welcome with advance approval and a $75 pet fee, and they must be leashed during your stay. Smoking or open flames are prohibited inside the home. No parties, special events, or guests not on the original reservation are allowed at the property. If there are any additional guests not on the original reservation, there is an extra guest fee of $30 per person. Smoking inside the apartment will result in a $250 fee. An unauthorized party or special event with more than 15 guests will result in a $1000 fee. Any fines or violations issued by the city must be paid by guests. Absolutely no skis, boards, boots, etc inside the house, please use closets in the breezeway/garage entrance for storage of any ski or boarding equipment during your stay.
