Enjoying Pembroke Rd Apartments
This is the largest complex I've ever lived in but I have been here 8+ months & I dont regret it at all. It was all new in 2025. Residents are all ages & various ethnicities. There is a nearby bus stop & shopping, dining, entertainment, worship & recreation are all nearby. The apartments are larger than many & more affordable than most. Parking is adequate, not abundant. There is a community room available by reservation, playground for children & some outdoor seating. Service animals have... a small dog park but fees for pets. Laundry rooms in each building are well maintained. Management & Maintenance do a good job & common areas are clean. Heat & hot water are included & built-in ACs on each unit are more convenient that window ACs. Closets are abundant, nice appliances & flooring. Except for end units, all windows are on 1 wall, but allow plenty of light except in kitchens & baths. There are some wheelchair accessible units, elevators & 2 stair-wells in all 3 buildings. I am surprised at how quiet it is for nearly 150 units in 3 buildings. Most of the neighbors I've met are friendly, courteous, even helpful. Located just off Rte 106 on the East end, there is easy access to both I-89 & I-93 & all E/W routes.
