We love living at Skye. We enjoy the high end finishes and quiet setting. We have great neighbors and the outdoor maintenance team is top notch. If you’re looking for a great place to live you need to check out Skye. You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend.

The townhomes are modern and well built overall. The layout is great, and actually, it feels like I'm living in a house.
Property management has been great to deal with. Any questions or small things are handled quickly and professionally.
The amenities are still being finished, but that’s pretty typical with newer communities. It’s clear they’re putting effort into getting everything completed the right way and I’m looking forward to using the fitness center and pool!!
I’m very happy with... my decision to live here. It’s a solid place and definitely worth checking out if you’re considering it. There is nothing like it in Derry.

We were deciding between 2 options and ended up choosing this one due to the fitness center and club house. We were told it would be ready in November before move in (Dec) then it was pushed to Feb and now they are saying it won’t open until the other apts are finished so they can pave the road (May or later). On top of the already astronomical rent there are ZERO AMENITIES. Don’t let the listing fool you. Also the floors upstairs are EXTREMELY CREAKY, like with every step we feel like we are... going to fall through the floor. These are brand new and i feel Like I’m living in a 100 year old house. Management is no help either. When we moved in our water wasn’t even connected to our refrigerator we had to do it ourselves Wish I didn't move in here.
