Balconies and air conditioning are standard in most top and middle level units. Laundry facilities... are located in each building. Our tenants enjoy common outdoor areas to take in the stately oaks, white pine and flowering trees bursting with color in spring and fall.

Royal Oak Apartments is a short walk to downtown Dover, New Hampshire where you will find some of the area’s best restaurants, a bounty of boutiques and shops, family-friendly parks and a thriving nightlife. Royal Oak Apartments is just across the street from the Dover Ice Arena and Dover Public Pool. Great Place

I just completed my first full year at Royal Oak Apartments, and I can honestly say this has been one of the best living experiences I’ve ever had! From day one, everything has exceeded my expectations. The maintenance team is truly outstanding—fast, reliable, professional, and always so friendly. They go above and beyond every single time. The office staff is equally amazing: welcoming, responsive, and genuinely invested in making residents feel at home.

The community itself is peaceful, quiet... , and absolutely beautiful—such a relaxing place to come home to. The location is perfect too: close to center town and everything you need, yet just far enough away to feel calm, private, and serene. Royal Oak Apartments really offers the best of both convenience and tranquility. I’m so grateful to live here and highly, highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home!

Absolutely Love It Here

I have lived here for years and it just keeps getting better! Management recently added an INCREDIBLE dog park. If you have a dog, this place is the best in town without a doubt. Friendly staff, prompt maintenance, well maintained grounds, really reasonable rents for the quality of apartment that you get. Short walk to downtown, the pool, ice rink, and skate park while still having off street parking and open space to enjoy. I can't recommend Royal Oak enough! Check them out!

Terrible place to live

This place as absolutely terrible!! They will raise your rent 200 dollars each year they will fill the dumpsters when the gut an apartment and still make the people pay for it to be emptied, My door has been broken for 3 years and still not fixed this place is absolutely ridiculous Do not I repeat do not rent from these people!!!!!!

Terrible!!

Terrible place to live unless you like your rent being raised by 200 dollars each year and if you have a problem in your unit good luck getting it fixed.

Best apartment there is.

This was my first apartment, this place was great! The landlord and staff was always there for me when I needed help. It’s in a quiet part of Dover so it’s very nice! I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely do it again! Ask for Eric the landlord, he’s the best!
