Staff is amazing!!! Property is stunning, quiet and small. Sunsets are amazing. Meeting neighbors is a treat and this property being dog friendly is a huge plus!

I loved my time living at University Heights, it was clean, spacious and comfortable. My apartment was perfect, and it sets the standard for good middle class apartments living. On top of that the staff were fantastic at every turn, helpful, kind and friendly. Neighbors were quiet and friendly as well. If you manage to snag a spot here you will not regret it.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The ONLY complex in all of Hooksett that actually has people that work in the office and returns your calls and email. Complex is kept clean and presentable. Will recommend this place to all my friends and co-workers looking for a place to rent.
