No parties or loud gatherings are allowed, and quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. There is a strict no-pet policy, with a $500 pet fee per pet for any unauthorized pets. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, and any evidence of indoor smoking will result in an odor-remediation fee up to $2,000. The indoor fireplace is not to be used under any circumstances, and violations will result in damages and a fine. Guests are asked to refrain from hanging on or using the rain chains. No eating or drinking is permitted in the bedrooms. Guests must dispose of all garbage in trash bins or use the trash service for a $30 charge.
