Lane House

30 unit building on the river. Nice grounds & good maintenance but it's a wood frame building with too much noise from the apt. above. Plenty of parking including spaces for guests. Indoors mail delivery.

HUD subsidized

Tiny apt. in a wood frame building of 30 for age 62 & up or disabled of any age. Rent is 30% of monthly income. No sound insulation between floors. :-( Yapping little dogs allowed. Very good maintenance & grounds. Right on the river & just a few minutes walk to Main St.
