Been here a couple months & counting the days till our lease is up. Moved in, kitchen was not cleaned- it was disgusting!!! Half the things didn’t work in the kitchen. Took a month to get everything fixed. Not all non smoking buildings are actually non smoking.

They lure you in with low-cost rent that includes most utilities but then they tell you your monthly income has to be at least 3x the rent.

We’ve been here for a few years. We had a couple problems due to other residents being careless but all problems were fixed promptly. The front office staff and the maintenance staff are friendly and never made us feel bad for calling (even in the middle of the night).

I regretfully rented an apartment at Canterbury Apartments, and I cannot emphasize enough how terrible my stay was. The bedbug infestation in this place was an absolute nightmare! It was the most harrowing experience of my life, and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy.

The several attempts of Orkin at extermination were ineffective, as the bedbugs would return within days. It was as if the entire complex was a breeding ground for these vile creatures. It was a never-ending cycle of... frustration and sleepless nights.

Living in such conditions had a severe impact on my physical and mental well-being. Sleep became a luxury, as I constantly worried about being attacked by these persistent pests. My overall quality of life was severely compromised.

Adding insult to injury, the management displayed a complete lack of empathy and accountability. They brushed off my concerns and offered no compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused instead they send me the treatment bill to pay. It was disheartening to witness such disregard for their tenants' well-being.

I strongly advise anyone considering renting at Canterbury Apartments to look elsewhere. This bedbug infestation is not an isolated incident; it has been happening since 2000 as Orkin documents proof that it's a pervasive problem that management seems unwilling to tackle effectively.
