We’ve been here for a few years. We had a couple problems due to other residents being careless but all problems were fixed promptly. The front office staff and the maintenance staff are friendly and never made us feel bad for calling (even in the middle of the night).

I regretfully rented an apartment at Canterbury Apartments, and I cannot emphasize enough how terrible my stay was. The bedbug infestation in this place was an absolute nightmare! It was the most harrowing experience of my life, and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy.

The several attempts of Orkin at extermination were ineffective, as the bedbugs would return within days. It was as if the entire complex was a breeding ground for these vile creatures. It was a never-ending cycle of… frustration and sleepless nights.
