With 200 years of history, many of the renovated apartments still showcase original wood flooring, fireplaces, woodwork, and brick walls — a mix of classic and modern that makes it feel like home.

As of February 2025, the building came under new ownership and management by BEAR Group Properties, a locally owned company focused on the resident experience. Our business is 100% digital — applications, leasing, rent payments, and maintenance requests all handled online.
