Cherry Hill Apartments

We lived in the Cherry Hills apartments for over 4 years and was very happy there. Staff were friendly and helpful and the maintenance crew were quick to come by and fix any issues we had. If were were not there they left a note saying what they did. In-apartment washer and dryer was the big draw for me as most apartments in the area have a central location you had to leave your building to go to.
My only complaint was the floor above us was so squeaky and loud it interrupted our sleep… sometimes. We lived on the bottom floor and we could hear the floor above us pretty well when they walked around. We could not hear much noise from talking or music, just walking.

Just renewed for 3rd year. One of the few apartments that has a Washer/Dryer in the unit and allows pets. Convenient location, so close to charming Newmarket main street, but right off 108 for commuting. Good size, with large decks. Tip: There are many variances in the amount of remodeling each apartment has had done, mainly in the kitchen dining areas. Some have all new cabinets, counter tops and floors, some nothing, some in between. The rents vary accordingly, so ask. This apartment complex is beautiful. We have a beautiful view with a nice deck on one side of our building. The deck comfortable fits furniture and (in my case) a whole bunch of potted vegetables. The kitchen is large and has pristine appliances. The unit has a washer and dryer, which was a must for us. The bathroom is small, and has no windows, which is the only downside for us.
