My experience at Tara Meadows wasn't as good as I hoped.

My experience at Tara Meadows wasn't as good as I hoped.
Their management team isn't very good at communicating with you, or each other.
I just recently moved out after almost 2 years and it was a mess trying to talk to 4-5 different people about the same thing and being told something different from every person I spoke to.
I think that they really need to learn how to better communicate more effectively with not only each other, but with the people paying them.
The apartments are half decent… but then there are some things that make you just shake your head because it was done incorrectly, or you put in a maintenance ticket for it to be fixed and it never was.
This is an alright place to live out of desperation, but I strongly suggest trying to rent from an individual rather than a company.

Leasing staff is pretty helpful especially Larry. Nowadays its hard to find friendly people like Larry in leasing offices. Great Team and keep up the great work.

Happy with management. Always ready to help when asked. Manager, Brian personally was very helpful when my oven stopped working and instead of pushing complaint aside, gave me a new one. Thank you Brian for all your help

Dis honest company

Don't ever ever ever ever pay any security deposit along with Rental application before moving in.
If by any reason you cancel the application, you would never see your money returned back to you. These guys will come up with some cheap tactics to reject your refund the moment you cancel your application. And whats worst is that they would never mention any of those rules that they claim for refund rejection while paying the deposit.
Bunch of scammers, keep away from this company.
