We moved into a two-bedroom in June after looking at places in Dover and Rochester for over a month. What sold us was the math: everything really is included. Our first month I kept waiting for a utility bill that never came. The apartment itself is brand new, the washer/dryer in the unit is a huge deal for us, and it's quiet even with the building filling up. Application process took a day and the deposit was way lower than anywhere else we looked. Only complaints are minor, like the elevator... being busy on move-in day. We commute to Dover and it's 10 minutes door to door. Would recommend to anyone tired of paying Portsmouth prices.

If you like dog urine... no parking...propped open security doors this is your place!
Moved in April it WAS fantastic. Now not so much. Too many dogs..barking urinate...fecis. some dogs on a muzzle. Looks like a pit. Security doors propped open...quality of tenants seems to have gone down hill... kids running hallways knocking on doors...police presence seems like every week. I would stay away if you can

Moved in last month and couldn't be happier. Having all utilities included (even internet!) makes budgeting so much easier. The unit is brand new with really nice finishes. Great value for the area.

So Safe
I toured here with the fire department one day, and I got the real experience. This place is truly the definition of safety. Not only did the reltor use the fire curtain for the elevator, which was insane, but we also got a tour, and this place is so cool, they even have a bike closet, everything was thought of!!!!!!

Modern Miracle
Toured the building and immediately knew it was right for my family. Friendly and responsive realtor. Beautiful apartments with new appliances. Perfect location and very spacious! Renting here feels like winning the lottery!
