Like an Exaggerated Resume

Pro: Convenient location, No roaches might see mice. Con: Amenities are a joke Gym? The size of a bedroom with broken equipment unusable Dog park? A field of grass with a dog tunnel. Maintenance fix things, breaks 3 days later. Constant cops crazy neighbors pou from dogs. They will tow your car for ANY reason. Office closing early, unhelpful staff, won’t always answer phone. Be prepared to pay up to 3,000 from rent increases, extra fees, etc. They fluff and try to make it look good like a resume... but at the end of the day it’s not worth the price.

It's certainly disheartening to hear that you found the gym to be undersized and with broken equipment, and that the dog park didn't meet your needs. We're also sorry to hear about your negative experiences with towing policies and the office staff's availability and helpfulness. Kudos for supervisor Luis

My new hot water tank was leaking. Not hot water for almost 2 days but Supervisor Luis from maintenance is very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He finally fixed it. Very Happy with maintenance Supervisor Luis and Marcus who came on Sunday trying to fix it also. My 2 favorites guys :) thanks so much

They have a gym, pool, Amazon lockers, dog park. Close to Atlantic City, and so much more.
There is plenty of parking available. It is quit.
