Great location, Dirty, water leaks inside, awful landlords
This building is very poorly kept, dirty, elevators break at least once a week, many units and common areas have water leaks, it literally rains inside the apartments, Maintenance doesn’t exist. On street parking is a nightmare, especially in the summer. You really have to need to be this close to the water, like a surfer or a fisherman or just a highly tolerant person to endure living in this building,
The amenities are a lie. There is a roof deck, but no furniture. There is a gym, but most of... the equipment got damaged during one of the leaks are also as a media room but the equipment doesn’t work in there and they don’t allow access. Look very closely before making a decision on this place and definitely speak to residents.
