Located in partnership with the iconic Showboat, this newly renovated condo is the best place to enjoy the beach, America's longest boardwalk, Hard Rock Casino and Ocean Casino, the 85k sqft Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar, and the all new indoor waterpark! This listing is a booking for two units that are close together if not side by side, though they are not connected, each featuring its own living space and bathroom(s).
Each condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in this 2,500 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. Great amenities are direct beachfront and boardwalk access, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, a washer and dryer on each floor (you can pay by app at $2/load), a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of beds, a smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and fitness center access.
Two complimentary parking spots are available per reservation (parking codes will be provided). Additional services to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available), can be arranged for an additional fee. An additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length is collected separately for a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) (dogs only, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds). The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, and Renaissance Plaza.
All properties are smoke-free environments. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies).
