This listing is a booking for two units that are close together if not side by side though they are not connected, each featuring its own living space and bathroom(s). Each condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers and has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in our 2,500 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. Great amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and fitness center access. There is a washer and dryer on each floor, payable by app at $2 per load.
Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Two complimentary parking spots are included per reservation (parking codes will be provided). An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length will be collected separately for a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined), dogs only, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs [similar breed]. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
The building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours.
Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old.
