Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app. Access to the fitness center and one complimentary parking spot are included per reservation. Pets are welcome with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately.
The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
