This condo is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers, and it has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Skip the tiny hotel room and stay in this 2,500 sqft condo with direct beach and Boardwalk access. Great amenities are direct beachfront and boardwalk access, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of beds, a smart-TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, and fitness center access. Washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app.
Two complimentary parking spots are available per reservation (parking codes will be provided). Additional services are available to make your visit even more comfortable, like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available) for an additional fee. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined, dogs only, and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds) are allowed for an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately.
The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
