The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the 85k sqft Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar are right downstairs. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center.
This is a smoke-free environment, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you may be asked to complete a criminal background check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
