Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, and certain breeds are prohibited. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee.
