Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Fitness center access and two complimentary parking spots per reservation are included. An additional pet fee of $100-300, based on stay length, will be collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
The Showboat building is centrally located on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade right downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Removing smoke detectors will result in a $500 penalty. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old.
