This condo is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app.
Enjoy access to the fitness center. Two complimentary parking spots are included per reservation, and parking codes will be provided. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal.
Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the 85k sqft Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar are downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The condo is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old. No weapons or drugs are allowed. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A $500 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay.
