This 600 sqft condo has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Complimentary coffee is provided, with a drip coffee machine for coffee enthusiasts.
One complimentary parking spot is provided per reservation. Extra parking is available for $20 per car per day, including "come & go" privileges. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. A washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load. Access to the fitness center is included. A pet fee between $100-$300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, dogs only, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule.
