Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No weapons or drugs are allowed. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A pet fee between $100-$300 will be collected separately, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs.
