Located in the Showboat building, this apartment is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade downstairs. Other attractions that are walkable or nearby include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas, and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am each day, and guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. No weapons or drugs are allowed. Guests must agree to be bound by the rental terms and conditions and acknowledge that they will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check.
