This studio unit has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and modern decor. Great amenities include direct beachfront and boardwalk access, bike and umbrella rentals available downstairs on the boardwalk, and a washer and dryer on each floor that you can pay for by app at $2 per load.
Enjoy complimentary coffee and fitness center access. One complimentary parking spot is included per reservation. Pets are welcome with an additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately. Max 2 pets (40lbs combined) No Pit Bulls Bull Mastiffs [similar breed] ***DOGS ONLY***. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.
The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center.
This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
