This condo is fully equipped with a kitchen and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Complimentary coffee is provided. There is a washer and dryer on each floor, payable by app at $2 per load.
Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Access to the fitness center and two complimentary parking spots per reservation are included. Additional services, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout, are available for an additional fee.
The Showboat building is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade right downstairs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Removing smoke detectors results in a $500 penalty. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined, dogs only, and no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds) are allowed, with an additional pet fee ranging from $100 to $300 based on stay length.
