Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Quiet hours are observed from 9pm to 8am. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee.
