This condo is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and a washer and dryer on each floor (paid by app at $2/load). Guests also have access to complimentary coffee and a fitness center.
Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation (parking codes will be provided). Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee.
The Showboat building is centrally located on the beach and boardwalk, with major attractions like Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade and sports bar right downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars available at all hours.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The condo is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined, no Pit Bulls or Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds), with an additional pet fee of $100-300 based on stay length, collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal. In some instances, a criminal background check may be required. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
