This condo is suitable for families, groups of friends, or business travelers, equipped with all the amenities necessary for an enjoyable stay. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and plenty of beds for a comfortable experience.
Enjoy access to a fitness center and complimentary coffee. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. For your convenience, there are two complimentary parking spots per reservation. Washers and dryers are available on each floor for a fee of $2 per load, payable by app.
Located in an excellent spot on the beach and boardwalk, the Showboat building puts you right at the doorstep of major attractions like the Hard Rock, Ocean Casino, and the beach. The new 85k sqft Lucky Snake arcade, complete with arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing, is also located downstairs. Other walkable or nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, the Atlantic City Aquarium, and the Marine Mammal Stranding Center.
Smoking is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement and may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. There is a $75 per hour late fee for check-outs after 11 AM and a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are permitted without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed, with a combined weight limit of 40lbs, and certain breeds are restricted. An additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length will be collected separately. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. A $150 security hold on a credit card is required for incidentals, which is released 3-5 days post check-out, or guests may opt for a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee.
