This condo has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen (oven in one of the units is temporarily unavailable) and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Complimentary coffee is provided, and there is access to a fitness center.
Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation (parking codes will be provided). Want to enhance your stay? Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza and Brigantine Town Center.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. An additional $100-300 pet fee applies based on stay length.
